I have 16 years of experience in the Russian Market; a deep operational and international experience in improving organizations’ ability to evaluate and manage financial, operational, risk, control and processes to accomplish their goals and objectives.
I joined IKEA Shopping Centres Russia in May 2014; RosLogistics in 2010, after integration of the company by Raven Russia. I have joined Raven Russia in 2006 to manage the regional expansion and to develop the JV with Avalon Group (Megalogix). Up to September 2006, I worked as COO of Jones Lang LaSalle, for Russia and CIS. Prior to Jones Lang LaSalle, I have participated in the set up of Leroy Merlin purchasing office in Russia. In 1998, I was joining FM Logistic and have managed the creation, development and promotion of a warehousing network in 7 key cities of Russia.

    Lobnya 2010 - 2014 RosLogistics is a British owned (Raven Russia) Logistics Service Provider offering integrated logistics solutions across the Russian Federation to large international (Diageo, Henkel, British American Tobacco, Japan Tobacco International, Kimberly-Clark, Foxconn, Wrigley, Ferrero, Nutricia ...) and Russian companies (MTS Group, Yota ...) .
    Co-manage the company. In charge of all support functions: finance, HR, marketing, legal, IT and administrative departments (25 persons).
  • Raven Russia - Acquisition Director - Regional Projects

    2006 - 2009 • Developing a unique Class-A warehousing network in key cities of Russia and CIS ($2 billion investment):
    • Rostov (46 ha/ Phase1: 100,000 sqm), Novosibirsk: (19ha / 100,000 sqm): land sourcing, legal and technical due diligences, concept validation, design, work with local and federal authorities, obtainment of all necessary permits and authorizations, construction supervision, contractors management , commissioning, registration of ownership and tenant coordination’s

    Lezennes 2003 - 2004 My responsibilities included organisation of the procurement office and internal services. Member of the start up team (5 employees) until opening of first the supermarkets (300 employees)
    • Setting up the database of goods (40 000 items), work on implementation with Accenture, training of users for the new system “Retek” (Oracle)
    • Piloting and controlling the relationship with suppliers, validation of all contracts
    • Creating procedures and tools to analyze activity. Mentoring the buyers on their quantitative and qualitative performances. Leroy Merlin is the 5th DIY firm in the world and part of group Adeo / Auchan.

  • FM Logistic - Regional Network Manager

    Longueil-Sainte-Marie 2001 - 2002 • Setting up the accounting reporting and procedures in Russian and CIS subsidiaries
    • Approving all FM Logistic CIS’ contracts and payments. Managing relationships with financial partners (EBRD, Credit Lyonnais, Sberbank)
    • Organizing and supervising the implementation of integrated software (SCALA) covering the following fields: financial suite, general ledger, fixed assets, accounts receivable, cost accounting, and payroll. Performing user trainings.
    • Organizing the accounting and treasury departments, 3 employees in Moscow, Saint Petersburg and Kiev offices.
