    Leading a team of SE's to provide technical support in sales presentations, product demonstrations and evaluations of company products to ensure the system is functioning to specifications.

    Primary Responsibilities
    •Responsible for the operational line management of a team of 4 SE's, including performance management, annual reviews, coaching and development.
    •Provides guidance to SE's in respect of company policies.

    •Provide feedback through follow up with Sales Account Managers on sales calls
    •Optimize appointment schedule and travel expenses by minimizing single call trips in co-ordinations with sales staff
    •Ensure provision of adequate technical training for team members on all related products
    •As needed develop and provide technical training for partners on related products
    •Work with sales management to maximize efficient use of technical resource
    •Develop an excellent, disciplined, efficient, and effective system of doing business to maximize profits
    •Work closely with the other functions in SEUR, EMEA and international to bring the right momentum into the sales process to achieve positive visibility in technical, services and support area in order to support the closing of the deals
    •Support the sales team's in prospect and customer situations directly and indirectly, when required.
