In charge of managing teams of developers, architects and consultants and managing relationship with customers. My mission was to manage the development of key features for the GraphTalk A.I.A software, a insurance policy administration solution for life and P&C products, implemented for many major insurance companies like AXA, CPIC (China), Groupama, Aviva, Aegon, Predica, Natixis, etc. My work involved managing people, software design, new technologies integration, budget, quality, project management (v cycle or SCRUM) and delivery for projects up to 2 million euros.
My work involved supervision of development and support teams in Bulgaria and strong collaboration with teams in UK, Germany, US and Asia. The main projects pursued during this period included db2 interface, Linux port, a new administration and monitoring architecture and a cloud computing deployment architecture. This last project was the the
main one I managed in 2012 and 2013. My team designed and implemented a concrete and effective cloud deployment platform supporting Amazon EC2 and VMWare vCloud with an automated deployment architecture, a 24/7 monitoring framework, a quick environment refresh technology (i.e to update insurance products definitions, based on Opscode Chef),
a strong web access security solution, Web portal, continuous integration or elastic compliant architecture for the solution by using Java components.

the technical CSC design and support (8 people) for the large Rivage program (400 people overall, 150 in CSC):
support to the other teams, technical design, integration between a life insurance back office solution (GraphTalk AIA), an
ETL solution (Informatica), a printing solution (OpenPrint) and other Groupama systems.
The mission included aspects like technical architecture consulting, batch chain design and maintenance, interface with
reporting and datawarehouse, production technical support, packaging and delivery, industrialization, and performance
optimization.

Management of a UK based group of technical consultants and architects (6 consultants).
Direct Management of the solution architecture design (Web services, database design, applications integration, infrastructure design) and the technical support of high profile financial services projects in Europe.
Major projects involvement were in Denmark (supervision of 6 technical architects for the deployment of several systems in a new EIS architecture) and in Poland (deployment of a new Life Insurance solution to support 12 millions of customers).
I was also involved as a lead technical architect for sales campaign and gap analysis in UK and mainland Europe: technology, solution general architecture design (integration, data storage design, security) and infrastructure design (servers, life cycle support infrastructure, administration solution, capacity management, network requirements, scalability, SLA compliance).
