> MY CONVICTION : The consistent dialog between business and IT is more and more key to transformation of organization. This is all the more true with the ongoing digitalization process.
Facing the challenge of digitalization, companies need to rethink their relationship with their customers and partners, based on agile information systems able to overcome the historical silos.
As the resulting projects deeply question traditional organization by blurring lines between business and IT, “transformation facilitator” can play a key role. Therefore my contributions focus on :
- Federating business and IT stakeholders , integrating new digital competencies with legacy skills,
- Encouraging teams to think out of the box, harnessing their willingness to innovate in terms of methodology and solutions,
- Mastering business processes and application architectures enabling the design of business-coherent IT roadmaps.

Extensive experience in IT projects :
- More than 17 years experience managing IT projects in consulting or large companies with significant responsibility for delivering major IT and change programs,
- Used to operating at senior levels and building productive relationships between business lines and IT department,
- Experience of leading and motivating team in multicultural environment.
Business-driven approach :
- In direct relation with e/m-commerce & retail department, prescription of innovative solutions in accordance with the digitalization program and B-to-C cross-channel strategy,
- Functional governance of business services at group level.
