* On site delivery of all Media operations ;
* Coordination of setting up operations ;
* Management of the Media facilities
(Media centre, Press Conference Room, Media tribune, Mixed Zone, Photographers `positions)
* Management of Media team & Media volunteers
VENUE OPERATIONS AND BROADCAST MANAGER, UEFA
* On-site delivery of the commercial rights (TV and sponsorship) on behalf UEFA
HEAD OF MARKETING, TV AND EVENTS, EUROPEAN AQUATICS (LEN), Rome/Switzerland,
Marketing and Event Management
* Supervision of the organisation of all marketing, TV and event management aspects for all continental competitions for
aquatic sports (5 Olympic disciplines: Swimming, Synchronized Swimming, Diving, Water Polo and Open Water)
* Definition of the marketing strategy and activation programmes ;
* Implementation of marketing rights for various sponsors in major events (Arena, Omega, Eurovision, etc.)
* Creation and implementation of venue management programs
* Management of the relations with host cities and local organising committees (London, Barcelona, Berlin, Budapest,
Belgrade, Herning, Rostock, Netanya etc...)
* Definition of hospitality programmes and management of the VIP operations
* Supervision of the creation of all decoration items for LEN competitions
TV and Media Management
* TV rights management in connection with Eurovision (EBU) for all LEN Events
* Supervision of all TV production operations on LEN events
* Supervision of the media operations
Communication
* Creation of specific communication platforms dedicated to each event (communication toolkits, website, promotional
campaigns below and above-the-line)
Sales and Sponsorship
* Definition of the marketing programme and sales of marketing rights (Increase by 15%) ;
* Sales of TV rights (Negotiated the best deal ever for LEN: +74%) ;
* Promotion of all LEN competitions to potential host cities
