    2009 - maintenant Testing evolutions on fix and mobile voice network, 3nd level technical support for trouble tickets resolution.

     In charge of :
    o 2009 – 2013 NGN SSW, IPBX, SBC (Sonus, Italtel IMSS), Legal interception platform (Thales)
    o 2013 – present 2G/3G/4G mobile Core (NSN R4 MSS/MGW), VoLTE TAS, Nortel CS2K
     Providing test strategy and plans based on engineering documents or product release note
     Configuration and troubleshooting of NGN softswitches, Session Border Controller, IPBX, MSC, MGW
     Receiving field and lab trouble tickets, managing operations to guarantee their resolution :
    o Reproducing the issue in the lab
    o Transferring ticket to vendors, follow up, escalate if necessary
    - Responsible for the equipment maintenance and new system integration in testbed
    - Support of engineering team on design technical solution, document review and feedback based on test results
    - Writing implementation guide and procedure for field operations
    - Preparing roadmap and project documentation
    - Leading small validation teams
    - Some example of major validation projects :
    o Format routing numbers between SFR and international operators : Built and implemented the SBC design, executed tests and supported operations in field
    o CS2K upgrade: managed the integration phase (SW upgrade and IP design configuration), performed non regression tests.
    o Handling of VoLTE project : Interconnection between IMS and 2G/3G Mobile Cores, activation of HD codec (AMR-WB) in the SFR’s network

  • Groupe Numericable-SFR - IMS Engineering

    2008 - 2009 Project : migration of SFR customers from NGN to IMS architecture
     Studying how to implement telephony services for enterprises according to the IMS 3GPP specification
     Contributing to internal SFR documentation
