2012 - 2013- Plan, organize & control the 4 services included in the department (19 people)
- Manage the sales administration service (4 people), the planning (2 people), procurement (3 people) and the warehouse (11 people, from goods reception, to stock managements and shipments)
- Lead & manage direct reports in order to achieve objectives in a very challenging environment due to production and supply chain closure
- Develop the optimal configuration (organization, processes…)
- Improve the performance of the department and people in order to meet the QCD requirements and for continuous improvement (APSYS)
- Report, analyse and improve KPIs on planning activity, OTIF ISIS, sales, shop orders closure under SAP, Suppliers performance and reporting, shipments and freight costs.
