    Team lead in a SAP implementation in a hospital, Delphine was responsible for the MM/Purchasing team. She was writing functional designs for the TO BE solution. In the realization phase she did customizing and unit testing, execution and documentation. She was in charge for the contact with the client for her domain.

    Team lead for Procurement and Logistics in a SAP Application Maintenance project Delphine is responsible to follow up the incidents, to initiate changes to improve the system and to follow up the execution of those changes (estimation, planning and realization). Delphine has quickly restructured the way of working, properly assessed the team dynamics and gets now the work executed by the team members. She properly prioritizes, challenges some processes, builds up a good relationship with the business, identifies issues and risks, properly communicates with the peers, management, client and end users.

    In a SAP implementation for a world leading transportation company, the role of Delphine was to assist the implementation in the Procurement domain from the blueprint phase until the Go-live. She worked on functional designs, configuration in MM domain, test data creation and execution of assembly tests, integration tests, performance test and user-acceptance test. She also gave training to key and end-users.

    Chemical industry

    Accenture was responsible to built an independent company and to migrate the necessary data for a major chemical company. Delphine was a team member in the material management and inventory team. She worked on testing, migration, training strategy and plan. She was coaching another member of her team and she was coordinating the team on site (3 persons in total).
