Key Responsibilities
As a part of the BI team, Delphine started working on this project from the very start, working on the analysis of the business requirements, on the datawarehouse architecture and ETL design, and then participated in managing the development team (based in Morroco), testing, delivering.
She also became the referent on the CRM part of the project.

• Self learning of the ETL tool (Talend)

• Developed prototype ETL jobs to be used as models by the development team

As a member of the BI team on this reporting project, her role involved analysing the business requirements, writing technical specifications, developing, testing, delivering, support, correcting defects. She took part into every step of the project’s life cycle and acquired a solid understanding of BI projects and strong technical skills.
Although the project team was based in France, it was an international project, involving communication and coordination on a daily basis with the client in Houston Texas, but also with teams in the Netherlands and India.
Key Achievements
• Correction of defects: she was responsible for delivering a solution to defects, from the analysis of the defect, to developing a solution, testing and delivering.
• Enhancements: as part of the BI team, she took part in the whole life cycle of enhancements: analysis of requirements, design, artchitecture, writing of specifications, ETL and reports development, testing, delivery, support
