Manage world-wide Memories, MCU, PLD, MPU, MPR, ASIC, SOC components:
o Propose cost savings, provide sustaining engineering, support R&D centers including major OEMs such as PHILIPS, ROCHE,...
o Create Supplier Portal with technology roadmaps based on suppliers’ inputs along with new projects data
o Set up strategies, participate and influence the international quarterly negotiation
o Establish and manage the quarterly supplier performance evaluation system
o Provide technical expertise to the commodity team, selection of strategic suppliers and ICs
Create and Manage global database under SQL/Access for all commodities >400KPNs per quarter:
o Train all commodity engineers world-wide on database thus reducing their data scrubbing time over 50%
o Develop TAM/SAM/Prices analysis tools, automate target price setting and saving identifications
