    2010 - maintenant I am a Life Coach working with people who are looking to make positive and lasting changes & improvements in all / any areas of their lives, both personally & professionally.
    My key role as a Coach is to help my clients:
    Identify & clarify goals & objectives, uncover & work through obstacles and barriers to achieving those goals, devise a realistic & effective action plan, encourage, support, challenge & motivate throughout the process & ensuring goal achievement.

    I am also a Cross Cultural Training Consultant & Coach, working as a free lance training consultant for various multinational companies where I deliver on site Cross Cultural Training programs to business executives relocating to a foreign country for a work assignment. I train & coach on how to effectively manage & succeed on an international assignment; training on how to be inter-culturally competent & adept so as to be able to effectively work, live, communicate and influence across cultures both in a social and business context.

    I also deliver private cultural workshops specifically catered for those moving to Paris, France, providing French cultural & country/city specific information along with tools, techniques & insights to assist in the integration & adjustment process.

  • Sodexo - HR Advisor

    Issy-les-Moulineaux 2007 - 2009 •Working as the HR Advisor for Ireland , covering approximately 200 client site locations across the country with approximately 1, 600 employees
    •Working closely with the management and senior management team to provide HR operational support
    •Employee Resourcing/Succession and manpower planning- Heavily involved in the recruitment of management positions within the organisation and the identification and succession planning of high performers within the business
    •Management Development- Developing the employee relations skills of Operations to ensure consistent, fair and compliant practices across the board. Delivering training and mentoring sessions to management in all areas of HR/ER matters.
