    requirements (making the difference for clients, employees, and shareholders ADE & ONA)
    On October 3 2013 the SEAAL Works Department was created and by Janaury 25 2015 the Management Team

    Coubervoie 2009 - 2013 Over 5 years I succeeded in translating the vision of a new corporate operating governance and developed the
    operations agency at Biarritz. I adapted the service organization in order to reconcile performance requirements
    with available skills and means.
    Managing a team of 20 employees and 10 subcontractors in a changing environment was not easy but using an
    improvement action plan based on task organization, enforcement of procedures and skills improvement I
    delivered the strategic goals set; increasing revenues (2008: €3M =>2011: €5M) and improving operational
    efficiency (Gross margins 2008:27% =>2011: 39%)
