  • AIESEC - Human Resources National Manager

    2012 - 2013 • Developed and implementated tools regarding efficient talent management;
    • Created and implemented strategies regarding talent capacity in order to achieve the organizational goals;
    • Created consultancy plans for 14 local offices for the implementation of the national strategy concerning talent planning, allocation and development;
    • Coordinated a team of HR local managers, a national team of trainers and a national HR support team;
    • Created and implemented a recruitment system made of a talent planning tool, a GANTT chart with all the activities, member’s profile, guidelines for the selection process, induction blocks for the new members; after 2 recruitments, there were 2900 applicants and 1090 selected members;
    • Developed and implemented a national education cycle based on competencies for all the 1300 members of the organization;
    • Organized 5 national conferences for over 200 delegates each (responsible for agenda, trainers, facilitators);
    • Developed and implemented the selection process (job descriptions, application forms, assessment center, interviews) for the national executive board of AIESEC Romania;
    • Managed key strategic accounts;
    • Implemented 3 editions of a Leadership Development Program for 120 participants from the Top Management of the organization
