    2005 - maintenant As quality manager (2001 up today – 30 people), I supervise the final quality control based on customer expectations and production optimization for all departments and analyse each non-conformity (internal, customer complaint, Internal/external audits findings) to develop and improve of the existing quality system. This allowed to reduce cost of non-quality by 50% & number of customer complaints by 80%.
    As Safety manager (2008-2013), I have updated all of the documentation and create risk analysis, the prevention plan, monitoring of accidents and implement a culture of prevention with management, unions and especially workers.
    For 15 months (04/2015-09/2016 – 100 people), I managed of the spraying deparment. I increased productivity by 17% and re-organized work schedules to switch to continuous work. So the monthly production increases from 7Mio pcs to more than 9 million. This is mainly reflected in a decrease of more than 20% of the production cost.

Au cours de ces dix ans, j'ai également pris en charge le laboratoire d'analyse physique (ICP - FTIR - GDL - Thermogravimétrie - .....) et ou je me suis familiarisé avec les exigences industrielles. J'ai terminé en assurant les audits de suivi pour l'ISO9001 - TS9000 et l'ensemble des certifications pour la certifications du verre automobile (ANSI - R45) et architectural
