- Technical Project Manager
2006 - 2007
I am responsible for the core components of the new AFISng application. The requirements gathering, analysis, and implementation phases are outsourced to external companies (Belgium and Greece). Testing is shared between development and production teams.
As a technical project manager, I am responsible for all technical and design matters as well as for decisions related to these core components. I am also responsible for the definition and implementation of all the requirements.
I also coach the teams in the following areas:
• Requirements gathering (based on Volere method);
• Use Case definition (Cockburn)
• Modeling (Agile modeling)
I coordinate the various phases (requirements, analysis, development and tests).

European Commission - DG OLAF
- Test Manager - Senior OO Consultant
2006 - 2006
Role 1: Technical/Senior OO consultant:
• As technical consultant and senior OO process specialist:
o I validated and improved the architecture of the new project.
o I coached and trained teams in the definition and writing of requirements and use cases.
Role 2: Test Manager:
• I defined a new Common Testing Approach. This set of procedures and flows made the definition and acceptance of the testing scope (design, cases, data) between involved parties (customer , production & contractor) easier. Common agreement was necessary
Achievements:
• The new architecture has been approved and implemented.
• The new Common Testing Approach has been used for months with success. The iterative and pro-active approach led to more accurate and faster testing

As Technical Test Manager:
• I defined and coordinated the setup of the ITT/UAT tests infrastructure
• I defined and setup the test methodology (team, communication flows, mechanism, reporting, …)
• I defined, implemented and maintained Tests Acceptance plans
• I conducted a feasibility study for the full PILA Project End-to-End Load and Stress tests and implemented it.
• I then defined the tests objectives, scope (+/- 20 applications involved), methodology, and communication flows; wrote the test scripts and coordinated the test data definition and environments set-up. Then, I conducted and coordinated the Load/Stress tests.
• I defined the objectives and implementation of the automated tests
Achievements:
• Thanks to the Load/Stress testing phase, many improvements of the PILA software were applied. The PILA software is now in production.
