  Duties:
  * Writing, organising and implementing the security plan at the YLNG plant worksite
  for the construction stage.
  * Security advisor for the plant Construction Manager ;
  * Provide a secure environment for 9000 contracted workers from 64 different
  nationalities
  * Issue and update procedures and instructions ;
  * Internal organisation duties consisting of managing all security issues and aspect
  within the plant / Port facility (PFSO-ISPS code) / ISPS training / Coordination with
  subcontractors security correspondents / Operations centre management / Airport
  security rules enforcement
  * Implementation of ID electronic system - Meet & greet procedures - Expatriates
  travel monitoring - Updating security procedures - Releasing security information

  * Develop and manage the site evacuation plan including training and exercising
  evacuation procedures
  * Chairman of the weekly meeting with the subcontractors.
  * As PFSO to facilitate the necessary interface with representatives of the Yemenis
  authorities (customs - Maritime Affairs Authorities - National security).
