Main duties : Management of all sales related issues for the applicable territory
- retain and build-up of customer relationship
- negotiation with all management levels and departments of clients (procurement, technical (mechanical, electrical, etc), expediting etc.
- secure orders with all necessary resources
- handling of entire customer documents/RFQ’S (requests for quotations, claims, delivery issues) and preparation of internal document for other departments
- engage in winning of new customers/markets, identify new markets/products (eg. solar power, desalination, power plant, etc.)
- track information in the existing software
- reporting system (weekly itinerary, monthly report, flash report)
- make presentations/company introductions
- analyse and inform about of competitor’s activities
- analyse and inform about market developments
- give recommendations on new product developments
- identify and handle new distributors/agents (if necessary)
- preparation and participation of trade fairs

- identification and renting of fitting office with all necessary equipment
- handling of all day to day office related practical issues
- perform general office duties & organisation (office set-up, rent payment, invoices payment, tax return, etc..)

Main duties :
• Transform inquiries, requests for quotations (“RFQ’s”), and technical specifications as received from customers and potential customers through the RP Outside Sales Engineer (OSE) into selections of appropriate lines, sizes and configurations of Ruhrpumpen™ products and services (and all additional necessary ancillary equipment such as motors, drivers, lube oil systems and seals);
• Prepare accurate and high quality responses, tenders and offers of sale in the format and within the guidelines of RP Group, which offers, responses and tenders will then be given by the Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) to the RP OSE, who will then transmit them to the RP customers;
• Support, technically and commercially, the RP OSE by clarifying (and preparing responses to) technical and performance and equipment suitability questions that may be raised by the customer or the customer’s representatives;
• Accompany the RP OSE on trips to customer locations or to customer job site locations in order to attend meetings with customer representatives;
