  • Ruhrpumpen - Inside Sales Engineer

    2010 - 2015 Main duties :
    • Transform inquiries, requests for quotations (“RFQ’s”), and technical specifications as received from customers and potential customers through the RP Outside Sales Engineer (OSE) into selections of appropriate lines, sizes and configurations of Ruhrpumpen™ products and services (and all additional necessary ancillary equipment such as motors, drivers, lube oil systems and seals);
    • Prepare accurate and high quality responses, tenders and offers of sale in the format and within the guidelines of RP Group, which offers, responses and tenders will then be given by the Inside Sales Engineer (ISE) to the RP OSE, who will then transmit them to the RP customers;
    • Support, technically and commercially, the RP OSE by clarifying (and preparing responses to) technical and performance and equipment suitability questions that may be raised by the customer or the customer’s representatives;
    • Accompany the RP OSE on trips to customer locations or to customer job site locations in order to attend meetings with customer representatives;

    Additional duties :

    2006 - 2009 In charge of the conception of VBA software to improve the process of quotations
    Technical study for the development of a new group of standard mixers with two impellers
    Assistant Project Manager for the development of a new group of standard mixers
    Project Manager for the development of a software for the quotation and costing of mixers.
