Quality Assurance/ Quality Control for E & I construction & commissioning related works.
Review Contract documents and Project Specifications to ensure identification and comprehension of Quality documents.
Implement Project Inspection & Test Plans and collate Inspection results.
Preparation of PQP, MS, ITP & Check sheets and other QA/ QC related documents.
Review Method Statements, Typical Installation Detail, Project Specifications and other International Standards
Main responsabilities related to the electrical works;
Supervise and inspect the cathodic protection procedures and standars activties undreground services and pipeline(installation of ICCP Anod;ground bed deepwell;and testing the cathodic protection system.
Supervise and inspect the Installation of earthing system according to the project specification
* Supervise and inspect the Electrical systems works: 60 kV, 5.5 kV, 380 V, 220 V and 110 V power distribution systems, transformers, switchboards, switchgear, MCC, UPS, PLC, PDC (power distribution control)
* Ensure that executed works and changes to original design are designed according with relevant codes and practices
* Daily progress report to quality manager
* Supervise the sub Constructor activities and ensure compliance with the project specification, quality and safety requirements
* Check and validate the planed required work activities, regarding drawings, tools, equipments and material availability
* Monitor construction activities to ensure work efficiency and that quality and workmanships meet project standards and specifications
* Provide report if deviation is observed..
* Evaluate request for deviation or exception during construction to established specification, standards or procedures.
* Play an active role in the development of the safety culture on the project.
* Take part in project's meetings, and contribute to decisions
* Witness and validate Site Acceptance Tests for electrical equipment
* Validate and check material certificates, conformity certificates and electromagnetic compatibility certificates
* Ensure material, calibration test certificates availability.
* Contribute and assist for Construction and ARH dossiers preparation
* Participation on technical reviews
* Analyse electrical systems narratives and provide support during electrical systems implementation
* Control and monitor electrical punch list document, as well as pending action lists
Main responsabilities related to the instrument works;
Participate in internal & external audits and assessments.
Having good knowledge in reading P&ID (PEFS- Process Engineering Flow Scheme), ILD, PID Loop Schematics, Instrument Hookup Drawings and Plant Location Layouts.
Site inspection for Instrumentation and electrical installation and commissioning works.
Preparation of Loop Folder containing Instrument data sheets, P&ID, ILD and Calibration certificate for loop checking documentation.
Proven experience in establishment and management of preventive maintenance of various field instruments under FOUNDATION Field bus & HART protocol.
Inspection of Calibration & Loop checking for all types of field instruments (Temperature, Level, Flow and Vibration), F&G detectors and Control Valves.

Work for the inspection of instrument installation, continuity test, cable insulation test, air and impulse tubing, cable tray installation, termination of main and secondary cable, air supply manifold and other related instrument inspection and must comply with all the procedure, specifications and standards as per ITP.

In charge in organizing loop test groups and prepare loop folders. Supervise DCS operator and instrument technician in performing complete loop test from DCS (Yokogawa CS3000) to filed instrument device (analog and digital signal).
Loop checking of instrument such as flow, level, pressure, temperature (Fisher Rosemount, Vortex, Yokogawa and Emerson) on/off valves and control valves (Emerson, BIFFIS, Masoneilan and BETTIS) includes also switches and solenoid valves.
Function test of Hydraulic Power Unit (HPU), ESD on/off valves and HIPS valves.
Loop checking of Flammable Gas detector, Toxic Gas Detector, Beam Gas Detector and Smoke Detector by Zellweger Analytics and VESDA by SIEMENS.
Interface checking of I/O signal of Vibration Speed Drive (VSD) Dynavert T05 and Motor Control Center (MCC) through DCS.
Interface function test of instruments between DCS, ESD and F&G by HIMA (ELOP II) and Yokogawa System (CS3000) using cause and effect chart.
Interpret Logic Diagram, Instrument Loop Diagram (ILD), DCS graphic process functions and coordinate with the Instrument Engineer and vendor of Yokogawa and HIMA if modification is needed and required by the client also familiar with P&ID.
Familiarize with HART communicator and other instrument equipment.
Work also in System Completion and Mechanical Completion to be hand over to the client.
Prepare reports and coordinate with QC and other discipline for proper documentation in System completion and issuance of Pre Commissioning Certificate.
