    • Cable pulling, Termination and tests ( MV, LV ) • Cable Tray installation. • Transformer installation : 33KV/6.6 KV • Main Air Compressor (6.6KV) with all Auxiliary Terminal Boxes (Rotor, Stator, CT Differential, Water Leakage, PT100 Bearing, PT100 Winding, Vibration Sensor, Brush Lifting device, Resistance Starter ). • Lighting & Sockets, Lightning Protection and Earthing Installation. • Local Control Stations installation. • Containers for Electrical Equipment ( MV, LV and Control ) including MCC, UPS, Switchgears, Batteries, Earthing Resistor, Compensation Units, Remote I/O Cabinet, Remote & ESD Cabinet
  Instrument and Control Works: 
  • Junction boxes, Tubing, Instruments installation and according to P&ID and Tapping Point drawings ( Pressure Transmitters and Indicators, Level Transmitters, Flow Transmitters, Temperature Transmitters ) • Installation of Instrument Valves & Air Distributors. • Pulling cables According to “Automation System Architecture “: RJ45 Patch cables, Fiber Optic cables …) • Fully understanding of “Splice Plan Overview”. • Testing and Inspecting of all Tubing and instruments on site ( including instrument calibration )

  Construction of a Gas Turbine Power Plant in Boufarik, with a total power output of 750 MW is to be realized for Sonelgaz, Electrical and Gas Governmental Body in Algeria as EPC basis. GAMA Power Systems undertakes the responsibility of supply and erection of 3 GE 9FA gas turbines, main equipments as well as HV switchyard and all balance of plant equipments and spare parts including basic & detail design of the power plant, civil works, structural, electromechanical works erection, installation of electrical, instrumentation & control systems, test and commissioning, start-up works and training of the Employer’s personnel.

  * Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems. ;
  * Ensure to commission instrumentation effective following with repair and replacement. ;
  * Conduct test related to functional performance on instrumentation as needed by facility changes. ;
  * Involve in evaluation of instrument performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities. ;
  * Ensure conformance with environmental and safety requirements commensurate with executing required instrument maintenance or replacement activities. ;
  * Maintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument. ;
  * Ensure to interpret and suitably use ISA and CSA codes along with API installation practices and standards. ;
  * Comply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order. ;
  * Assist planning plus operations staff to identify skills and resource needed to complete planning and reactive work activities. ;
  * Comply with every approved operation and maintenance procedures.
  Perform with maintenance planners as schedule work load.
  * Conduct on-going aseptic maintenance and clean room area. ;
  * Comply with all instructions for job tasks completion. ;
