Depuis 1972, Cheval d'Aventure est en agence de voyage spécialisée dans les voyages équestres en France et dans le Monde .
J'exerce la fonction de Conseillière / Productrice impliquant les missions suivantes:
- Chef de produit : Jeunes, France et Islande… recherche de partenaires, calcul de prix, montage de produit touristique, mise à jour web sur le site , actions commerciales, inscription sur les séjours, traitement de la facturation,
- Relation B2B : coopération avec des partenaires du monde du tourisme comme les compagnies aériennes, hôteliers, centrales de réservations,
- Relation B2C : conseil et vente aux clients, billetterie sur GDS Galileo, facturation, carnet de voyage, retour client, suivi litige, suivi dossier d'assurance.
- Communication externe : mise à jour site web, présence sur les événements.

J'exerce la fonction de Forfaitiste impliquant les missions suivantes:
- Chef de produit : Grande-Bretagne, Portugal, Monténégro, Australie, Nouvelle-Zélande, Brésil, Stages Linguistique pour les jeunes, France… recherche de partenaires, calcul de rentabilité, montage de produit touristique, mise à jour web sur le site maison et sur des sites de référencement, actions commerciales, inscription sur les séjours, traitement de la facturation,
- Relation B2B : coopération avec des partenaires du monde du tourisme comme les compagnies aériennes, hôteliers, centrales de réservations,
