2007 - maintenantAimed at electrical, mechanical, and system aircraft research for Airbus Helicopters, Dassault and Safran Group Companies, this branch has seen its activity increasing by 30% per annum. Composed of 250 engineers and technicians, its revenues in 2013 will easily reach 20M€ and its operational margin will be close to 8%.
Directly reporting to the Business Unit Director and part of his executive committee, I am responsible for the P&L in line with the BU’s mid-term plan. I am in charge of management and coordination of operations, sales, and support functions. I define and put in place improvement plans consistent with the objective of the BU and I make sure to develop the Business development in respect of the marketing strategy of the BU.
Key success factors are revenues, P&L, cash, customer satisfaction as well as the business development.

Paris2004 - 2007Thanks to my IT experience, I was in charge of the entire after-sales department in secured identifications, customs controls and identity documents production (80 contracts including 86% in business abroad).
My missions were:
To manage services contracts,
To handle costs and systems for controlling and measuring data linked to the activity (6.6M€ in 2005),
To develop and to optimize the implied sub-contracts in order to match our commitments in services (from the drafting of the cost book to the set-up of the actual contract and its management (1.7M€ in sub-contracts in 2005)),
To edit responses to clients’ tenders and various estimates.
