I am seasoned working with/for private and public organizations (from both perspectives).
If I can summarize, I would say:
* Senior program/project manager: I worked on a good number of projects, from ‘upstream’ perspectives (public policies, policy dialogue, strategic design of programs or sector reforms), to projects management and implementation in the field.
* Energy sector specialist: most of my background and experience is related to this sector. I worked on both power networks (master planning, transport and distribution extension) and decentralized and renewable energy projects. I was an early bird of the energy access and renewable energy agenda!
* Business developer: focusing on international donor-funded projects, with an extensive practice of procurement and contracts and a good knowledge of a number of donors and partners (EU, World-Bank, ADB, etc.). This includes the preparation and writing of commercial offers (technical, financial, etc.).
* International cooperation practitioner: I have a good understanding and practice of a number overarching or transversal topics such as regional communities (RECs) and cooperation with governments, institutional and regulatory frameworks, capacity building, PPPs and investment promotion, corporate social responsibility, multistakeholders processes, governance and transparency and others.
I'm also an open-mined individual, always looking to expand my understanding and skills, trying to be innovative while driven by objectives and results.
