I worked for the company Best Electronic Security Team located in Tunis, where I held several positions:
-From 26 November 2008 to 31 January 2008:
Position held: I was a PCS operator "position of control and monitoring" (”Poste de Contrôle et de Surveillance”). I was working on control station and monitoring and during that period I worked with "A-TRAQ: remote monitoring software"
-From 01 February 2008 to 30 June 2008:
Position held: I was a PCS responsible (station control and monitoring)
During this period, I was responsible for training new operators and contacting customers directly to solve any technical problems.
- From 01 July 2008 to 31 March 2009
Position held: Electronic Security Service Technician.
During this period, I was installing, commissioning and maintaining Electronic Security Systems like : Intrusion, Access Control, Video Monitoring and Fire Detection.
- From 01 April 2009 to 31 December 2009
Position held: Senior Technician
During this period, I was supervising a technical team: I also had the responsibility of studying new markets and resolving various technical problems.
- From 01 January 2010 to 30 June 2010
Position held: Training Manager
During this period, I had the responsibility of training the new technicians of the company where I work (BEST Security).As a Training Manager, I focused on human security first, and then the good command of working tools as well as those of electronic security systems.
I also had the responsibility of training customers on all electronic security products installed by our company.

Position held: testing and commissioning engineer in Hamad International Aeroport
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and update commissioning programs for Access Control Systems.
- Ensure that the installation is done correctly to comply with the commission ability and maintainability of the systems.
- Handling the functionality of any type of doors
- Updating drawings.
- Making improvements to and offering advice about operational procedures,
- scheduling and coordinating work to tight deadlines
- Ensuring that equipment works to its specification
