Leitfaden für die Anwendung der Normen zur geometrischen Produktspezifikation (GPS)
Das Buch ist eine lizensierte deutsche Übersetzung des Werkes Mémento de spécification géometrique des produits. Les normes ISO-GPS, das 2012 von CNDP und AFNOR gemeinsam herausgegeben wurde.
Die Normen zur Geometrischen Produktspezifikation und -prüfung (GPS) definieren eine international einheitliche Symbolsprache, um Toleranzen in technischen Zeichnungen eindeutig festzulegen und vollständig zu beschreiben.
Durch die Anwendung dieser Normen ist es möglich, Teile des Produktionsvorgangs in unterschiedliche Länder auszulagern, ohne dass es in der Auslegung der zugrundeliegenden Konstruktionen zu Missverständnissen kommen kann. Das erspart Unklarheiten und Unstimmigkeiten bei der Planung von Fertigungs- und Prüfabläufen und Kosten durch aufwändige Absprachen zwischen den Fachabteilungen.
Um von diesem Nutzen zu profitieren, müssen die Mitarbeiter über die Möglichkeiten und Grenzen der GPS-Normen informiert sein. In der Praxis liegen diese Informationen häufig nicht vor, da sie bisher nicht Gegenstand der Ausbildung war. Diese Lücke schließt das vorliegende Buch. Der GPS-Leitfaden ist für die berufliche Aus- und Weiterbildung konzipiert, liefert einen einfachen Einstieg ins Thema und erläutert die wesentlichen Inhalte anhand zahlreicher Konstruktionsbeispiele und farbiger Abbildungen.

    The following political, economic, technical, regulatory, legal, societal and/or international dynamics describe the business environment of the industry sector, products, materials, disciplines or practices related to the scope of this CEN/TC, and they may significantly influence how the relevant standards development processes are conducted and the content of the resulting standards:
    • The CEN/TC 279 scope lies within the framework of very general standardization subjects, such as Quality, Certification-Accreditation, Metrology, etc. with an organizational character, mainly developed in order to help bodies (companies, public services, providers of services, etc.), in a competitive situation or not, to become more effective.
    • The market is consequently very wide, because it concerns any body, the consultants who assist them, the bodies operating expert (in Value Management) certification, education, etc. therefore its quantification is not easy.

    Expert AFNOR représentant la France au niveau européen au CEN/TC 279.

    La politique suivante, économique, technique, réglementaire, juridique, social et / ou de la dynamique internationale de décrire l'environnement des affaires du secteur industriel, produits, matériaux, disciplines ou pratiques sont liées à la portée de ce CEN / TC, et ils peuvent influencer de manière significative la façon dont les processus pertinents d'élaboration de normes sont menées et le contenu des normes qui en résultent:
    • Le champ d'application du CEN / TC 279 se situe dans le cadre de sujets de normalisation très généraux, comme la qualité, de certification et de l'accréditation, la métrologie, etc avec un caractère organisationnel, principalement développée dans le but d'aider les organismes (entreprises, services publics, les fournisseurs de services , etc), dans une situation concurrentielle ou non, à devenir plus efficaces.
    • Le marché est par conséquent très large, car elle concerne tout organisme, les consultants qui les assistent, l'expert d'exploitation des corps (Management de la valeur) de certification, de l'éducation, etc donc sa quantification n'est pas facile.

    2008 - maintenant In 2008 , following a tender , RENAULT sas Sun (Department of Mechanical Engineering ) entrusts us with the design of training modules : " tolerancing ISO - GPS " and "Metrology " .
    This training is now operational . It is open to all designers sites RENAULT sas ( France , Europe and International ) , but also to all providers regardless of their rank .

    En 2008, suite à un appel d'offre, RENAULT s.a.s DIM (Direction de l'ingénierie mécanique) nous confie la conception de modules de formation : "cotation ISO-GPS" et "Métrologie".
    Cette formation est aujourd'hui opérationnelle. Elle s'adresse à tous les concepteurs des sites RENAULT s.a.s. (France, Europe et à l'internationale), mais aussi à tous les fournisseurs quel que soit leur rang.

    2001 - maintenant AFNOR expert representing France at the international level in ISO / TC 213 .
    Standardization in the field of geometrical product specifications (GPS), i.e. macro- and microgeometry specifications covering dimensional and geometrical tolerancing, surface properties and the related verification principles, measuring equipment and calibration requirements including the uncertainty of dimensional and geometrical measurement. The standardization includes the basic layout and explanation of drawing indications (symbols).

    La normalisation dans le domaine de la spécification géométrique des produits ( GPS ) , c'est-à-dire les spécifications macro et microgéométrie couvrent le tolérancement dimensionnel et géométrique , les propriétés de surface et les principes de vérification connexes , mesurer les besoins en équipement et d'étalonnage , y compris l'incertitude de mesure dimensionnelle et géométrique . La normalisation inclut la configuration de base et l'explication des indications sur les dessins ( symboles ) .
