    2011 - maintenant • Current : From May 1st/2011 today (Interim Management Position) : European Space Agency.
    Redu Space Services Managing Director + liaison officer between ESA and Galileo consortium.

    Redu Space Services is one the most important Satellite Operator based in Europe, conducting Space Operation for : Eutelsat, Inmarsat, Artemis, Proba, Galileo, Astrium....
    With a team of about 60 high level engineers, Redu Space Services (consortium between SES Astra, QinetiQ Space & ESA) is delivering very high level services in satellite monitoring and piloting as: IOT, LEOP, Infrastructure Hosting, Security, Security & Command Centers, Geolocalisation....

    Mission :
     Streamline organisation and processes
     Insure SLA’s with ESA and other customers
     Strategic definition of new business field definition for ESA and Redu Space Services over the next 3 years
     P&L responsibility
     Build new opportunity network for ESA and consortiums in strategic alliance
     Streamline processes and action road map in Galileo consortium group and act as liaison officer for ESA.
     European Data Relay Services (EDRS) new project Director in connexion with Astrium (EADS) & ESA.

    2010 - maintenant CREDOC Services is a Software company with core business in the R&D + implementation of high level security Software Solutions for Governmental (all countries) bodies.
    This includes secured specific solution and certification for Governmental Units like: defence, Justice, Notaries......

    The company is about 120 people with turnover about 23M€

    My mission was about :

    - Complete company re-engineering
    - Define Mission – Vision – Statement
    - Advice the shareholders board on strategic direction
    - Draw a business Plan for the next 3 years
    - Develop, Implement & Manage Sales & Marketing organization
    - Set-up Six-Sigma process implementation
    - Drive all operation with excellence
    - Insure the reality of the Financial Plan

    Results : more than 100% of the milestones are now in place. My task was as well to finish the re-engineering & strategy definition & to start headhunting activity to identify the future CEO .
  • Zenitel NV - CEO

    2008 - 2009 CEO – System Integration – Belgium/France/International Business;

    Zenitel is a Telecom company specialized in “mission critical communication”. Activities include : Radio communication, Telco infrastructure development (ASTRID, MCCN...), Interphony, Coastal stations....

    The company is present in 24 countries worldwide and employs about 450 people. Turnover of Zenitel group is about 115M€.

    My mission is :

    - Business Process re-engineering & Restructuring of the SI group (60%) of the Zenitel group business
    - Move from a negative 9M€ EBITDA to a break-even or profitable business
    - Manage Belgium, The Netherlands, France and all intercontinental business.
    - Bring new vision, mission, value for the System Integration Unit group
    - Sell or close some non-profitable business
    - Setup acquisition/sales proposition to the board

    Results : The very largest part of the objectives are actually met and the milestones for achieving the others are in place. Objective is to transfer the responsibility to the new (just nominated) Zenitel/SAIT in a very short time-frame.

    Regarding International Sales, Project Management & Business development : large track records in negotiation & management of high level contracts in : Angola (18M€ contract), Morocco (25M€ contracts), Sénégal (32M€ contracts), République Démocratique du Congo (45M€ contracts), Chile (3M€ contract), Venezuela (5M€ contract), Honk Kong (2,5M€ contract)….in a 14 months’ time period (reference Zenitel CEO Eugene Beckers).

    2005 - 2007 CEO: Belgium-Netherlands-Luxembourg organization (turnover 43,5 M€, profitability 5,8 M€) for 2004-2005.
    Full P&L, strategy & Business Development responsibility within the Trading Units.
    Large Business & Operations re-engineering responsibility with merge of 4 legal entity in one.

    As well COO responsibility for off-shore development (India, Morocco, Romania & South America)

    Focus on Business Process Outsourcing on deals above the 50M€.
    Full Managing Direction responsibility for the Belgian Luxembourg Unit, Staff 412.

    2002 - maintenant Knowledge Networks is a consortium based company of 5 international legal entities in the scope of :

    - Market Business Intelligence
    - Business Process Re-engineering & Strategic consulting, mostly for Technological companies.
    - Market Analyse, Benchmarking, Company Positioning
    - Marketing (Strategic & Communication) Outsourcing
    - Business Development & Lead Generation Programs
    Those companies cover the Market of Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands, UK and France.

    On 01.08.2004, the company had 92 executives on pay-roll, had acquired 154 top customers for major long term contracts (European Union, European Parliament, Sodexho, Gaz de France, BNP, Oracle, Siemens, Microsoft, IBM, Xerox, Computer Associates, SAP, Compuware, Fujitsu, EDS, Cap Gemini, Bombardier, ATOS Origin, Accenture, …), over the first year turnover had reached 18,5Millions€.
    Profitability had been reached from year one.

    From 01.08.1996 till 06.11.2002 : Belgium-Luxembourg +HQ in Munich for Siemens
    Within the ICT group of companies of SIEMENS (SBS) : Head of Sales, Marketing, Strategy & Business Development.

    Large responsibilities in Developing Siemens Morocco for 1 year & ½ from February 2000.
    Key responsibilities:
    1) BU BeLux Siemens IT Services – Professional Services Director (3 years) & Sales EMEA Director (3 years) :242€ millions € Belgium/Luxemburg, EBIT (+12%)
    Full P&L responsibility. 575 direct employees under my management.
