• Ensuring Customer satisfaction
• Manage profit and loss (sales to CM) including all Financial aspects of services projets (sales, cost, scope, management, invoicing, collections, forecasting)
• Execution of all services projects, including resolution of commercial and technical issues
• Direct and administer project related activities , so as to ensure that projets are completed on time, within internal and external quality / specification requirements
