GLASGOW
Responsable for business development in French, Swiss and Andorran market for ski and outdoor/camping textile product:
- Recrutement and Management of sales team (commercial agents, distributors, I advertise, interview and recrut our sales team which consist in a group of contracted commercial multi brand agents and distributors. I negotiate their contracts with our management.
- Direct responsability for sales and management of foreign key accounts (Decathlon, Koodza, Vetir,Club Med...) as well as negotiations with national buying groups (Sport 2000, Intersport, Twinner, Ski set...). I work in direct with senior buyors for those key accounts to select and put together seasonal range, negotiate prices and close buying contracts. I negotiate with national buying groups and set up commercial conditions with range selection for seasonal buying by members. I negotiate conditions with our senior management. When necessary I organise SMU to capture market shares.
- Product development and own brand products with large national accounts (Groupe Leclerc - France, Groupe Gemo - France) I work with large buying group on SMU contracts which consist on product development specific to the needs of their customers.
- Management of Marketing strategy for French market:(advertising to the trade, advertising, Facebook page). Opening of shops/corners. (Children shop in Courchevel, Swiss Outlet in Villeneuve).
- Initiation and management of new ventures : Internet sales (Vente Privee, Amazon)
- Responsable for Customer Service Management for Geographical areas of the French market (deal in direct with phone/email enquiries).
