Travelsoft, specialized in Technologies of the Travel Industry, offers a wide range of services at every stage of the design and the implementation process of IT systems.
My job was to act simultaneously in three fields:
Administrative and management missions :
> Coordinated the recruitment.
> Ensured the purchases.
> Assisted the Administrative and Accountant Manager (invoices loggin, clients follow up, expenses control, administrativ staff management)
Client relationship :
> Monitored the client requests and remarks.
> Explained and communicated them to the product development team.
> Trained and established using documentation.
Quality:
> Studied the technical documentation and recommendation of the Project's functional specifications.
> Set up control and test documentation.
> Diagnosed and estimated all forms of bugs and dysfunctions (functional as well as graphics ones).
> Researched the most effective methods of control to reduce and optimise the time for correction.
> Established and developed manual and automatic test cases (soft used: IBM functional tester and Rational test Manager).
> Reported the recurrent bugs with Scarab free soft and reduced them significantly by my rigorous control.
> Followed up the debugging.
> Worked with several project team. Suggested and proposed improvements.
> Coached and supervised a quality agent and piloted the organization, method and planning of the quality department.
