12+ years in a Big Data Marketing company - in Retail & FMCGs environments - give me the opportunity to acquire an INTERNATIONAL CROSS-DEPARTMENTS experience in BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & MARKETING expertise. Always curious to discover and eager to lead new businesses, I take up new challenges with a strong drive to achieve.

Over the years, I moved up the ladder from operational roles to strategic ones such as Business Unit Director. While my business development & RELATIONSHIP BUILDER skills were key to drive the largest accounts (2010-2012), I strengthened my CREATIVE STRATEGIC THINKING & INFLUENCING skills to build from scratch the European Product Department (2012-2014) & then to ramp up the European DIGITAL Business Unit (from 2014).

I particularly enjoy working in a MULTI-CULTURAL environment. Since 2009, I lived 3 years in the UK & my latest roles were aiming at directly influencing the European (France, UK, Germany, Italy & Benelux) & Corporate teams in the US.

    Boulogne Billancourt 2014 - maintenant After 2+ years in a global cross functional position, I was keen to get back to the BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT adrenaline. At that time, Catalina had recently launched its digital platforms (web, mobile & social networks) and needed someone to structure the STRATEGY & to DRIVE THE DIGITAL P&L growth, while creating INNOVATION cross Europe.

    3 aeras of responsibilities:
    - PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT (1 person): Increased Digital activity through partnership strategy / '15: +40% with 6 new partners such as TF1 TV Channel.
    - FMCGs BUSINESS (3 people): Drove Marketing & Sales plan / '15: Transformed the business model from "Couponing" only to "Couponing & Media" positioning (Media revenue multiplied by 3).
    - RETAIL PROJECTS (1 person): Delivered road map & created new business opportunities / '15: all contracts renewed.

  • Catalina Marketing - Product Management Executive Director, Europe

    Boulogne Billancourt 2012 - 2014 This was a new position creation when Catalina created a PRODUCT department at Corporate level in '12. Back to the International Headquarter in Paris, I was in charge of structuring the European Product STRATEGY (France, UK, Italy, Germany, Benelux), aiming at ensuring that the Retail and FMCGs businesses were maximizing the profitable revenue opportunities.

    3 key pillars to achieve the objective:
    - PRODUCT MANAGEMENT (3 people): Localized the Corporate strategy for Europe ("sell what we make" ambition), rationalized the current portofolio (from 36 to 10 products) & drove innovation at corporate level (one to one targeted leaflet).
    - SALES EFFICIENCY (2 people): Supported new processes (Sales Team restructure) & led new tools implementation (SalesForce).
    - TALENT DEVELOPMENT (1 person): Built strategy & training path (-15% turnover in 2 years).

    2010 - 2012 Thanks to my achievements in my previous position and the strong relationship built with the client (Sainsbury's), I was appointed Commercial Director 1 year after I joined the UK team. It was such an existing challenge to drive a DOUBLE DIGIT GROWTH P&L (+25% / over target in 2011) through existing and future BUSINESSES DEVELOPMENT (Joint Business plan with Sainsbury's including "Brand Match", Morrison prospecting).
