    Paris 2016 - 2018 In the project team, preparation, coordination and optimization of the working
    activities during the maintenance of a nuclear reactor. Contribute to:
    - the elaboration of the strategic planning and the risks analysis,
    - the planning and the shaping of working activities.
    Responsible for:
    - the distribution and the real-time management of the activities of the team:
    management, definition of the workload and the priorities,
    - the management of the team dedicated on the project: recruitment and
    organization of the back up team, elaboration of on-call planning.

  • EDF DPN - Field engineer

    Paris 2012 - 2016 Real-time control and supervision of a 900 MW nuclear reactor in a three-shift
    system. In charge of:
    - the efficiency of the unit and its performances through periodic testing and the
    preventive maintenance of the machinery,
    - the optimization of the production according to the demand, respecting nuclear
    safety requirements, the security of the employees and environmental
    standards,
    - the execution of multidisciplinary activities in parallel,
    - the assignment, monitoring and control of the activities given to the 6
    technicians.
    High reactivity and composure are necessary to react to any unforeseen incident.

    FERRAND 2011 - 2012 Ingénieur projet : mise en place d'un logiciel de gestion des pièces de rechanges, en collaboration avec toutes les usines du Groupe < MFP Michelin, La Roche s/ Yon (85).

  • Michelin - Stagiaire ingénieur

    FERRAND 2010 - 2011 Sujet : Signature énergétique des équipements.

    Dans le cadre de la politique Energie du Groupe Michelin, je suis chargée de mettre en place une démarche de bilan de consommations d'énergie en vue de réaliser la signature énergétique des machines et faire baisser la facture des usines.

  • ENSAM - Etudiante

    Paris 2007 - 2010 Projet de conception mécanique : Conception d’une éolienne (projet de 7 mois)

    Points forts:

    - Analyse fonctionnelle du système.

    - Dimensionnement du système et de ses composants : la génératrice, la boite de vitesse, les freins et tout autre équipement nécessaire pour satisfaire le fonctionnement du système.

    - Conception du système final grâce au logiciel CATIA.

  • AMJE - Chef de projets

    paris 2007 - 2009 Gestion de divers projets en partenariat avec des entreprises de Bordeaux et ses alentours.

    Conduite de projets: Responsable des relations avec les entreprises lors des projets. Définition des objectifs, organisation du projet (budget et dates clés) avec l’équipe. Contacts hebdomadaires avec les entreprises impliquées pour discuter de l’avancée du projet.

    Etude technologique : Résolution d’un problème de compatibilité de matériau sur un automate réalisant des filets décoratifs pour des bouteilles de vin dans une PME (20 employés) – budget de 4500€.
