My current position allows me to manage supply chain across two different bioMérieux manufacturing sites : Grenoble & Verniolle. Sites are dedicated to biomolecular product manufacturing.

I'm in charge of a standard supply chain scope (warehouses & transportation management, planning & procurement activities, partnership with third parties, SAP data reliability) within a challenging environment : seasonal & erratic demand, shelf lives management, high value added products with complex manufacturing stages, team spread over two geographical areas.

    Lead the implementation of Supply Chain Best Practices in the subsidiaries and plant sites.

    Deliver Supply Chain and Demand Planning training to the subsidiaries and plant sites. This includes a robust Sales & Operations Planning process accross bioMérieux.
