    - Compliance manager for all Group : responsible for all certifications and their process application.
    - Member of the Fairtrade commission of our dedicated federation ( 2FPCO)
    - Consultant specialized in REACH ( european reglementation )
    Result : +20% on turnover within less than 1 year.
  • SOLO INVEST - Production and global sourcing Manager

    2008 - 2011 Production manager of all textile and accessories worldwide :
    - manager of both China ( 10 persons ) + Bangladesh ( 20 persons ) liaison offices.
    - responsible for all quality control process.
    - permanent sourcing from raw material to finish garments.
    - In charge of control of all costs calculation
    - Certification and compliance manager ( Reach process....).
    results : full compliance obtained from nill for all production chain. Supply chain fully under control by nomination of raw fabrics supplyers, accessories ( boxes, polybags, labels....).

    - Development of personnalized items for all promotional needs of customers worldwide.
