    Nanterre 2009 - 2012 Create and set up a Change Management Practice. This practice is responsible to support transformation initiatives within AXA Group, cross business units and worldwide. It operates mainly on convergence and transformation projects.
    As off today, the change practice is composed of 25 consultants operating in 6 countries. We do also offshore partially our Change activities in India.

    My main activities are :
    - Lead the creation of the Practice from scratch : operating model, catalogue offer, pricing model, marketing tools...
    - Maintain reporting for the CEO and COO, and define global roadmap, milestones and key achievements.
    - Engage key leaders behind initiatives, communicate to CEO, COMEX, and Program Manager
    - Define appropriate KPIs
    - Manage Budget
    - Set the Consultant team and manage it
    - Presales activities towards Head of country / Project and Program managers
    - Follow up projects delivery

    Pour des entreprises du CAC 40 (Groupe Carrefour, Crédit Agricole SA, PPR, La Groupe La Poste)

    - Prendre en charge, rédiger et piloter les réponses aux appels d'offres en binôme avec un ingénieur d'affaires et en assurer la présentation en clientèle

    - Epauler les équipes commerciales dans l'élaboration des proposition lors de la négociation d'un contrat
