Business change manager with 15 years experience of working within large scale and complex business change management programs. Strong experience in implementing multi-country and global projects with experience gained in Europe and USA. Strong Stakeholder Management skills and experience backed by extensive knowledge of Human Resources that enables change and benefits delivery.
Solid knowledge of FICO domain, through SAP training organization and coordination (e.g: Asset management, period and year end closing, FRA accounting, AR processing….).
Knowledge in process offshoring in India.

Working in synchrony with the Project Manager in the Systems & Change Management integrated planning, activities execution and follow-up.
