    Manage HEU site installation across Europe (210 pers. 50 open site worldwide). Management of cost center structure including investment to keep HEU hourly rates competitive.
    Develop processes, knowledge transfer, tools in Europe but also at Worldwide level.
    Firefighting for challenging project and technical issues, management of critical situation including customer relationship.
