At ARM since 1998, i create dthe french office & I was in charge of sales over South Europe-Israel. Now, Director of E.M.E.A. & India Regional Sales and Business Development, I am managing a successful & winning team of 10+ people all over Europe, including Israel.
I am driven by the quarters, the definition of middle-long term winning sale strategy, leading to successful career development of my people and increasing the value & ROE for the shareholders. This includes the working on acquisitions.

I had been managing various duties: the creation of offices (international), building up a network of partners, hiring, creation of a distribution channel, definition and execution of successful middle and long term strategies, press relationships management, growing a recognised successful and winning sales team, negotiation of complex commercial deal and legal IP contracts with multinational companies or start-up, ...
My background is engineering and sales (since 15 years+).

Previously I had been working for more than 10 years at Intel covering alternatively the embedded markets (Telecom, automotive, industrial) and the PC market.

    Meudon 1986 - 1998 I enjoyed nearly 12 years at Intel, in various positions such as customer training engineer, component and system pre sales support (FAE), Distribution management in France then South Europe pushing sales of components, embedded system or motherboards. Then moved to account management position for key wireless telecom automotive accounts and then covering the #1 non PC account for Intel.

    J’ai passé près de 12 ans chez Intel et ce dans diverses positions. Par exemple, la formation d’ingénieurs de nos clients, le support technique avant-vente (FAE) pour les composants et systèmes, la gestion du réseau de distribution en France puis Europe du Sud pour la vente de composants, de systèmes intégrés ou de cartes mères. Ensuite je la gestion de grands comptes dans les domaines des télécoms, mobiles, automotive. Couverture du plus gros compte non PC d’Intel.
