Motivation et compétences.

Mon expérience internationale passée pour le compte de SSII , chez IBM et l’éditeur de logiciel BEA m'a permis de considérer les systèmes d’informations comme un outil capable de mettre à disposition les systemes d'information pour tous, à tout moment suivant le principe de haute disponibilité et dans un souci de performance , de sécurité et de confidentialité .

Mon rôle :
- Déployer les Architectures systeme, animer des équipes de techniciens et d'ingénieurs dans le respect et le partage de cette valeur de qualité, pour assurer un service client qui profite à ces mêmes clients, mais surtout a leurs utilisateurs finaux .
- Faire partager à ces collaborateurs un esprit de service de qualité à même de fidéliser les clients par une continuelle implication personnelle.
- Enfin, instaurer au sein du groupe un climat de confiance et de développement mutuel des compétences, par le challenge, mais également par la reconnaissance du savoir être et du savoir-faire.

J'aime être à la disposition de tous comme le garant des valeurs et l'aiguillon de la motivation des collaborateurs.
Mon expérience passée dans un groupe américain, dirigé en Europe par UK , m' a permis de développer ce goût du service rendu avec les contraintes liées a la productivité et aux intérêts économiques . J'ai géré un P&L de 25M$ /an et développé ce type de service pour toute l'Europe, l'Afrique et le moyen orient, avec une focalisation particulière ces dernières années sur les pays méditerranéens France, Italie, Espagne, Grèce, Israël, Turquie.
Je suis tout à fait mobile et dédié à mes clients et supérieurs hiérarchiques, dans une ambiance de convivialité et de confiance mutuelle.

    2005 - 2005 Responsible for the implementation of Introscope from Willy technology (now in Computer Associates) on the z/OS platforms in Switzerland.


    Manage the opportunity projects form design until implementation at Credit Suisse, ZKB (Bank of Zurich) and OFIT (BIT ) in Geneva and Bern.
    Woking on every performance aspect of the z/OS platform for new Java workloads on the mainframes.

    Special Focus to develop the business in the French speaking part of Switzerland working closely with Willy representative in Paris , intending to develop business in South of France from Lyon to Nice.

  • ADDAX / EPO NL - Test and performnace Manager

    2005 - 2007 In Charge of managing the implementation of the new EPOQUE Search Engine in the European Patent Office in Den Haag in the netherlands.

    Run Test Management and improvement implementations to have the EPO being able to run the new Search server into production on their Z/OS platform. The new EPOQUE server built as an open Posix solution , dvelop commonly by Empolis a german Company , with the experience of ADDAx a company in Sophia Antipolis France .

    In charge of managing the cooperation between the Three entities and solve issues that were remaining for years .

    COLOMBES 1995 - 2004 SEMEA Support Senior Manager in Paris office : Reporting to the EMEA Senior Director based in the UK office, managing 38 people . 2001 - 2004
