I have written for a number of European newspapers and wine magazines, including Decanter in English, but mainly in French for Le Monde, La Revue du Vin de France, Terre de Vins, L’Amateur de Vins et Spiritueux, and more recently, Gault & Millau. I co-authored a book on wine for the French publisher, Flammarion, L’ABCdaire du vin, which has been translated into English and Korean. I was in 2011 the éditorial director for a new edition of the International Who’s Who in Wine & Spirits (Les Editions Lafitte-Hébrard). From 2014 to 2016, I was the director of wine tasting and content for the French food and wine magazine group, Gault & Millau.

I am also active as a wine educator and consultant, notably for the wine event company Ficofi (www.ficofi.com), and since 2009, for the MBA International Luxury Brand Management program at the famed French grande école l’ESSEC. I have also given both human resources management and wine classes at the Cordon Bleu Institut d'Arts Culinaires et de Management Hôtelier in Paris.

Parallel to my professional activities in the wine sector, I have also been a manager and department director in the audiovisual milieu in France, notably at the pay-TV channel Canal Plus, and at GOBELINS, l’école de l’image, where I was also International Relations Director.
