  • Air France - Methods Engineer

    Roissy CDG 2011 - 2013 Lean engineer in the Air France Industries Design Organization Part 21(J)

    - Standardized design process with modular approach: each basic modification is a set of elementary modification
    - Writing a handbook with engineering design rules and main articles from airworthiness code CS-25 for basic modification certification
    - Used Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) methodology for project management (global scope of the modification covered with tasks easily manageable and Gantt planning; for cost, quality and lead time control)
    - Designed a Excel software to follow project progress with Earned Value Management (EVM), used on 3 major modification projects 10M€
