    Accessory Development Team

    Development of various standalone systems dedicated to new vehicles.
    Focus on product & installation quality, on-time delivery & cost efficiency.
    Extensive technical knowledge required, as well as reactivity and mobility.
    Developments include specs definitions, CAD & design follow-up, Hands-on experience on preproduction vehicles, tooling & production ramp-up follow-up.
    - Electrical : Wire harnesses, Heating & Airconditionning systems, Driving assist & light systems ;
    - Mechanical : Towing systems, Vehicle conversions, Seats ;
    - Standard operation procedures "champion" : Create, implement and maintain standard operations processes & documents for the whole development team. These documents would later be used as example within the division.

  • Renault Technology - Intern - Project leader

    2012 - 2012 (6 months) 6 month project management task, where autonomy, leadership as well as technical excellence were the pillars of this successful assignment.
    Team leader of 17 junior engineers,
    Conversion of an Off-line 4X2 SUV to increase off-road capabilities. Modifications included body & chassis optimisation, conventional powertrain calibration changes & hybrid drivetrain adaptation. Outcome was a prototype vehicle, as proof of concept that would eventually be implemented to mass production.
    - Project Initiation: Architecture of a vehicle, Technical decisions in mechanical & electrical fields, costs & milestones planning.
    - Project management: autonomy, Team management, technical orientations & arbitration, logistic & meeting management, decision making.
    - Project finalization: implementation of all features in actual vehicule body, chassis & powertrain, and hands-on assembly of the prototype vehicle. Evaluations proved to be successful.
