3 grands domaines d'activité ont marqué mon début de parcours professionnel:

+ La simulation: travail sur un moteur de simulation temps réel pour AIRBUS.

+ Le contrôle aérien ( pour la DSNA ): Maintenance et évolution du logiciel utilisé dans les 5 centres en route français et pour les approches des 2 aéroports parisiens.

+ Le projet Galiléo: développement des outils d'élaboration et de vérification des plans d'utilisation et de maintenance du système.

Ce passage par le monde de l'aéronautique et de l'espace m'aura apporté des connaissances techniques solides ainsi que beaucoup de rigueur.

    Known as a satellite-based augmentation system (SBAS), The European Geostationary Navigation Overlay Service (EGNOS) provides both correction and integrity information about the GPS and the GALILEO system, delivering opportunities for Europeans to use the more accurate positioning data for improving existing services or developing a wide range of new services.
    The EGNOS V3 Ground Segment encompasses five segments, especially the Data Processing Segment (DPS), which is in charge of the raw data processing to generate the correction and integrity messages

    Responsibilities:
    • Systems Architect of the DPI (DPS Processing Infrastructure) sub-system of the DPS that provides common infrastructure and services for all other DPS sub-systems.

  • Artal Technologies - Project manager and Development team leader

    Labège 2008 - maintenant Artal Technologies, for EADS Astrium, Toulouse, France

    The purpose of the Galileo Mission Planning and Scheduling (GMPS) component is to provide tool to plan and schedule events concerning the mission and control parts of the Galileo system. Based on those plans, GMPS can calculate data dissemination grids and uplink schedules that make sure satellites are tracked by ULS antennas in a proper way. It is divided into three main components:
    • Galileo Mission Overall Management (GMOM) is in charge of the mission planning,
    • Uplink Schedule Production (USPT) calculates correct contact and tracking plans for ULS-antennas and satellites,
    • Uplink Schedule Safety Monitor (USSM) acts as a safety barrier against the major Output Feared Event (OFE) “Erroneous Uplink Scheduling”.

    Responsibilities:
    • Project leader (up to 5 people) and software architect of the USPT and USSM subsystems,
    • Design, development and validation of this subsystem,
    • Proposal writing.

  • Artal Technologies - Software Engineer and Development team leader

    Labège 2005 - 2008 Artal Technologies, for EADS Astrium, Toulouse, France

    The Operational Display System project (ODS) aim at improving the new generation graphical user interface for French « en route » air traffic controllers.

    Responsibilities:
    • Technical assistance on ODS configuration tools ( 6 months, C++, Ilog Views ),
    • Technical assistance, improvement of several subsystems of online data processing. ( 15 months, C++, multithread ),
    • Project leader and software architect of the Middleware subsystem. Design and development of this component which provides a high performance messaging service. ( 12 months, C, Spread Toolkit, Team management of 2 people ),
    • Manager for all reported software bugs in relation with the client services and the development teams. (2 months, Mantis, ClearQuest).

    Improvement of a flight simulation system for AIRBUS
    Re-factoring of the entire simulation engine to improve data processing capabilities, robustness and make it distributed.
