Making this film taught me many different things in various domains, even some I didn't especially want to know, and surely improved my photographic skills throughout a tough shooting time that looked pretty much like a civil war on field.
Being part of such an amazing momentum in Australian and World history was such a privilege. I hope that I was able to honour the courage and wisdom of the people I filmed in their fight to protect Heritage, Land, Culture, Human Rights...
