My role:
- Collecting and analysis of manager's requests
- Creation and publication of the different job offers and follow-up on the job boards
- Sourcing and head hunting using internal data, job boards and social networks
- Identification and qualification of potential candidates
- Administration of applications through the entire recruitment process
- Pre-selection interviews through phone interviews
- Interviews planning with managers
- Weekly reporting with my team (figure and results analysis)
- Country Recruiter, manage needs for Switzerland, Belgium, Portugal, Canada and Singapore for Embedded softwares and systems profiles
- Collaboration with Amaris' Business Managers
- Training of new collaborators
