Managing the Conversion Optimisation program for our clients to enable every change and decision, to be data-driven and revenue oriented.
Part of my role is to:
1. Turn Data into Insight (Google Analytics 360, Big Query, Heatmapping & Eyetracking solutions, Surveys & User Testing…)
2. Recommend a solution based on an data-driven hypothesis
3. Build a wireframe & drive the change via a Testing solution (Optimizely, VWO, Optimize 360...)
4. Report on the results & further analyse on next focus area
