    Tunis 2013 - 2013 The main goal of this position is to develop new strategies to optimize the 3D printing process. Used by a lot of different activities... our technology needs to match to our customer requirements. To make our technology the best of its class, my team constantly works and improves each step of the production process (software, laser strategies per material,...).

    2006 - 2011 Worked as customer support manager to:

    1- Drive a technician team responsible for machine installation on customer site.
    2- Train customers on CAD/CAM software, machine software with different aspects (Technicien, R&D, .Expert...)
    3- Maintain the machines on customer sites (preventative + corrective maintenance).
    4- Support our customers by phone, e-mail and remote control software.
    5- Advice our customers on technical projects.
