Plaisir1997 - 2008Based on a long experience in several IKEA stores as a "logistic administration" manager and "In store logistic" manager, i took the position of logistic manager in service office IKEA France for supporting all stores in logistic administration, operational routines & differents projects link with international matrix.
FY2006, in charge to drive & support all logistic team when a new store is opening or in rebuilding, interface between Property dept, Expansion team and store management team with the aim to implement logistic concept from build up to opening date. (+ 10 new stores in 3 years)
FY2008, in charge to drive the roll out for IKEA France of all logistics IT tools and leading the change for supporting supply chain implementation in retail side.
FY2009, Logistic Director Deputy for IKEA France.
