MAJOR OBJECTIVES - KEY TASKS

1.- SALES ACHIEVEMENT
Reach Sales target for the dedicated Industry and customer following directly
2 - BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Manage and coordinate group strategy in Food & Beverage, Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods Market. End users and Oem's Levels.
Build business plan for the annual budget
Map business strategies onto local markets
Set priorities for channels
Steer allocation of ressources
Establish an int/ext communication plan
Develop new opportunities
KA accounts
Monitor the execution of the business plan (including marketing action)
Management of Custumers following directly ( Area/ Industry)
Management of LAM action plan
Monitor and use the different sales channels
Continuous Competition analysis with communication to sales force and HQ organization
Feedback relevant information to HQ organization and hierarchy
3- PRE-SALES SUPPORT
Provide Sales force with all industry relevant documentations
Pre-sales support for solution design.
Sales approach coordination
4- TEAM LEADING
Indirect Management of the Core-team (Sales actions./…)
Lead your team by motivation through direct encouragement
Sales management ( all sales team) for actions plans
Communicate through the organization during sales meeting (regional sales meeting)
Monthly personal meeting/exchange with Sales Mgr
Monthly personal meeting with dedicated Sales Eng
Active particpation to the FUNNEL
5- ADMINISTRATIVE WORK
Reporting activities
