tasks:
implementation of requirements detailed in Project specific environmental plans and procedures. Requirements include environmental inductions, toolbox talks and awareness programs, environmental permit requirements, proper waste and pollution control management, Implementation of environmental reporting activities with relevant onsite HSE team members including weekly reports, monthly reports, environmental web corporate report, Non-conformance reports, monitoring data, incident reports, investigation/audit reports and other reporting as necessary under the Environment Management System.
Implementation and update of databases/registers ( non-conformance registers and any other databases/registers that may be required).
Obtaining environmental/archeological clearances and coordinating with local environmental authorities.
Procuring onsite environmental equipment (i.e. monitoring equipment, spill control equipment etc) as required.
Active communication of required outstanding issues to Onsite HSE Manager and relevant construction team members for follow up of required actions in a timely manner,waste management weekly meeting where method of collection, quantification, classification, treatment method and best practices to minimize these wastes, constraints encountered in the management of these wastes are being discussed Coordinate the waste management operation since beginning until the end (segregation, collect, compacting and then escape to the recycling Plant or final disposal can assure traceability (acknowledgment of receipt), Establish contact and make officials conventions with several companies recognized by the Government for the recycling wastes and ensure the traceability.Planning and monitoring of the sewage water management system for MLE project (6000 person) according to the Algerian law & ISO14001 Standard.
