Currently employed with GFT for IBM France, based in La Gaude, I have extensive experience in the IT industry as well as project management. In my present role as technical project manager, I enjoy the responsibility of helping to coordinate the infrastructure team working in a multi-cultural environment and seeing projects through from conception to delivery.

    and ensuring adherence to established processes and methodologies within IBM.
    Manage complex projects, focusing on the coordination of infrastructure deliverables such as servers,
    network, storage, web services, database and SAP installations and upgrades etc.

    2010 Customer: Louis Vuitton Malletier, is one of the world's leading international fashion houses
     Manage large complex international implementation with 24/7 support of SAP systems with
    ECC6 and managing more than 20 instances including R/3, BW, CRM and SSM.
    Client interface with the infrastructure manager for operations and daily production, troubleshooting incidents,
    crisis management and planning changes according to the ITIL principles.

  • IBM France - Team Leader SAP

    Bois-Colombes 2005 - 2007  Large scale implementation of SAP environment with support 24/7, ranging from SAP 4.6C
    with SAP R/3, APO, EBP and PLM. Responsible for a team of 10 SAP administrators, managing the
    team planning, for production and project activities. Managing the incidents and changes on a daily basis and
    responsible for monitoring the quality and performance of the servers.

    Bois-Colombes 2000 - 2004  Performed standard administration and support of SAP systems 4.6C, AIX 5, DB2/UDB up to 3.5Tb
    Diagnoses and resolution of incidents, corrections, dumps analysis, printings, configuration of operation mode,
    client copy system refresh and application of OSS notes and application of transport, backups via TSM etc..
    Participation in the elaboration of profile, user roles and authorization and implementation of the Mqseries
    interfaces. Involved in several complete life cycle implementation of SAP System Landscapes that include
    Upgrade, Migrations, Installations, Client Administration and Transports.
