Fédi has been a true ‘geek’ from an early age. In 2000, he graduated in Computer sciences from the Faculty of Sciences in Tunis, which he left with the prize for the best thesis. He moved to France to complete a MBA in IT and Innovation Management at the prestigious University of Paris Dauphine, and the National Institute of Nuclear technologies, where he won the prize for the best business plan.
Before he joined the eMashq project, Fédi worked as an engineer and project manager in both France and Tunisia for various international companies including Inexware, IBM and Keyrus, and created his own company.

    Mission 2: The exclusive manager of the advertising spaces on 5 supports (press & web): Le Temps Auto (& www.global-auto.biz), Le Temps Immobilier (& www.global-immo.biz) and the website www.GlobalNet.tn. Coordinating with press teams, publishing teams, advertisers and managing prices and advertisements.

    Mission 3: Sales Manager on health market: CNAM, Clinics, Pharmacies and their wholesalers. Products: Computer solutions for different levels (Hardware, software, networks, Internet subscription, security solutions).
  • IBM Tunisia - Local Resellers' Manager

    Bois-Colombes 2003 - 2004 Development of a new dealer network and launch of a new range of IBM products (IBM TopSellers).

    *Advanced training on sales technics: IBM Training during a month on two times in English at Vienna (Austria).
  • INEXWARE - Technical Team Leader

    2001 - 2003 Designing information systems, writing commercial proposals and managing project and teams locally and remotely (up to 15 engineers).

    Achieved projects:
    - ATOFINA & EMAKINA – Bruxelles – Consolidation of Total Fina Elf group intranets: stating with a J2EE Development of an intranet application for Bug tracking and monitoring.
    - Bureau Veritas – Paris – upgrading of an intranet application: Correcting and modifying an intranet application for human resource management.
    - INPI - Paris – Setting of a portal of e-administration: Design and implementation of a pilot site in France for companies for online forms and statements.

    *As part of my final project study: Adapt then apply the RUP method to strengthen the management in the Inexware projects.
