- Troubleshooting customer's incidents
- Direct contact with customers to understand the nature of the issue they are experiencing, and then help them to resolve it.
- Working independently as well as collaborating with colleagues, level 2 members, and fellow members of the technical services and development team.
- Transferring the incidents to the appropriate second line or to technical services team for further support investigation.
- Creating functional documentation
- Answer tickets within stated time guidelines
- Give information, advice or instruction in response to client requests, issues.
- Monitor progress of incident resolution within agreed service levels and keep users informed
